An elf girl named Jelsomina appears spectacularly in a huge balloon.
The guests learn that in a certain country, the most famous circus has lost the key that can wind the New Year's Clock. Jelsomina searches for the key and flies to different countries. She visits circuses in Africa, France, China, and more. Each location is tied to a different country, with some having snow, some with palm trees, and some with Chinese decorations. During their visit to different countries, the elf girl and the guests see various circus performances. The girl elf is guided and assisted by the main guest of the evening, Maxim Galkin. He shows the way and presents his famous show "Better than All" with children. In the end, the elf girl finds the magic key and solemnly winds up the New Year's Clock.

Welcoming guests with interactive activities both outside and inside the theatre. As guests arrive at the theatre, they will be greeted by unique entertainers such as stilt walkers, clowns, and mimes. These performers will lead guests into a world of surreal and imaginative experiences.

A team of extraordinary mimes will be performing magic tricks, miming, dancing, and meeting and surprising guests.

After the welcome area, guests are ushered into the lounge where they will be treated to a circus show and a variety of surprises.

A show with giant balloons and confetti begins in the hall, where all children are invited to play with them. The audience can see the main round stage, which is the circus arena. A girl elf named Jelsomina makes a stunning entrance inside one of the balloons. She is from Santa Claus' planet and assists him with delivering presents. Jelsomina sings and shares her story with the audience, with her face broadcasted on the screens through a camera inside the balloon.

A big New Year's Eve clock and a key are hanging. Suddenly, Hector the Dwarf appears and, like the Grinch, he steals the magic key. Without it, Santa Claus cannot start the New Year's Clock (Clausometer). New Year's Eve is now in danger.

The elf girl doesn't know where the villain with the key has gone. The dwarf has stolen not only the key but also Santa's Magic Hat. Without the hat, neither Santa nor the elf girl can fly.

Maxim Galkin appears - he is not only the host of the evening, but also the trainer of all animals and people. Maxim informs that the lost key is in some country, in some circus. Maxim Galkin gives the elf girl magic balls. She rises above the heads of the audience. Now the elf girl is ready to go on a journey in search of the lost key. She sings her second song.

An elf girl arrives in Africa. We see a colorful African dance, with six dancers in colourful African costumes).

At the end of the dance, the hula hoop artist appears, performing a colorful routine with hoops both at the bottom and suspended in the air (aerial hoop). The girl elf searches for the key in Africa but is unable to find it. Maxim Galkin instructs the girl on where to fly next.

An elf girl flies to Canada - to Cirque du Soleil. Cirque du Soleil is known for its spectacular performances that combine circus skills with music, theater, and choreography. We see a second dance with new looks and costumes. After the dance, there is a tightrope walker show. Unfortunately, the elf girl doesn't find the key here either. Maxim Galkin gives her a clue and the girl flies further.

An elf girl flies to France. Vivid dance of French mimes. Then, the aerial gymnasts perform an unforgettable circus act involving rings and canvases.

An elf girl has lost hope and does not believe that she will find the key.
Maxim Galkin starts his famous show "The Best of All" with children - suddenly the children will suggest in which country there may be a magic key.

The elf girl continues her journey and arrives at a Russian circus. All the children and our heroine get caught in a real snowstorm (snow show). The small girl performs the most incredible tricks. The elf does not find the key and flies away further.

Jim Rose's Circus! An elf girl finds herself in the most bizarre circus she's ever seen. Hidden within is Hector the dwarf, who has stolen a key. Magician Adami performs jaw-dropping tricks like sawing a man in half and levitation. Using dark magic, Hector pops the elf girl's balloons and escapes with the key. Now grounded, the elf girl is in desperate need of a miracle to save her.

The Elf Girl doesn't know how to fix her balloons. The helpful Bubble Fairy appears and demonstrates how to make soap bubbles.

The fairy saves our elf girl, allowing her to fix her flying balloons. The girl travels to China and witnesses an amazing Chinese dance.

After the Chinese dance, a circus show featuring Chinese acrobats performing hand stands and rola bola stunts was held. The elf girl managed to find the key and flew back to Cyprus.

The parade begins, with all the guests participating. The symbol of the year, a huge glowing dragon, makes an appearance. We all gather with the key and the dragon at the clock, attempting to wind it up. Unfortunately, we are unable to start the clock as there is not enough magic energy. The elf girl is at a loss, but the Bubble Fairy suggests that throughout the evening, children and parents receive magic stones for each activity they participate in. The Elf Girl and Santa request all the children to place their stones in the Clausometer. As it fills up with magic, it finally has enough energy to light up the New Year's Eve clock.

Suddenly, in one instant, an enchanting show begins. Dancers emerge all at once, as smoke cannons and confetti are fired. A true circus rave, reminiscent of elrow festival, commences - a vibrant paper spectacle where a flurry of paper is showered upon guests in a single moment. Laughter, fun, and dancing ensue.
